Who We Are

Cohen Fasciani Chartered Accountants is a firm of specialist business advisers.  The firm was established when Selwyn Cohen opened his office in St Kilda Road in 1994.  In September 1994 Ms Josephine Fasciani joined the firm and in October 2004 the firm changed its name to Cohen Fasciani.

Selwyn Cohen qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa in 1986 and emigrated to Australia in 1989.  Once requalified, he became a partner in a medium sized firm and then began practice on his own account in 1994.

Josephine Fasciani is a member of CPA Australia and graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) in 1982 from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.  Prior to joining Selwyn Cohen, Josephine worked at the Australian Taxation Office and as an auditor with Deloitte Haskins and Sells.
